Hello everyone,

We thought it was high time for an update from Nimble Ape HQ, so here it goes:

Alongside working with our awesome clients, we have been working on a few things behind the scenes, including four very successful years of organising and running CommCon, our conference for WebRTC and Open Media professionals. Look out for updates on the 2023 event soon. If you’re raring to go, CommCon has just opened a Call for Proposals!

Joining CommCon Events Ltd, we have also launched another sister company, Everycast Labs.

Everycast Labs has been building a brand new product called Broadcast Bridge, designed to simplify the process of adding browser-based real-time communications into your professional audio-visual workflows.

We’re super pleased with how it is all going, and we have some more good news: Nimble Ape is expanding.

In 2021, we welcomed talented developer Marco to the team. Marco joined us following a career change from engineering in the steel industry, and has spent the last two years adding huge amounts of value to the work that we do.

Last year, Alanna joined to support Nimble Ape with HR and administration. Alanna is an organisational powerhouse and has worked in talent and performance management for the last ten years, and we are very pleased to have her on board to help our expansion go smoothly.

This month we welcome Ellie as our new Marketing Manager. Ellie previously worked as a producer and marketer in the arts and technology, including running conferences for Future Insights. We’re excited to have her on board.

And now, we are on the hunt for a Software Engineer to super-charge our cutting-edge WebRTC and Open Media projects. Check out the job description here. Do you know someone who fits the bill? Or maybe you’re the one we’re looking for? Drop us a line at hello [at] nimblea [dot] pe

Stay tuned for more soon,
